18 2010 Attention Fans of Flowers, Gardens, and Housewares in OrlandoPosted by: Lanyard Lab About: Conventions, EventsAs part of our ongoing coverage of local Orlando conventions and trade shows, here’s a quick reminder that coming up this weekend at the Orange County Convention Center is the seventh annual Central Florida Home and Garden Show, running from March 19-21, 2010. It’s not too late to get your tickets to see hundreds of exhibitors waiting to show you their best inventions to better your life at home and in your yard. This show allows you to get some tips about gardening, brush elbows with some HGTV celebrities, and you may even walk away with a nice potted plant or tool or two. Show hours are Friday and Saturday, 10:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m, and Sunday, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Tickets are available at the door, and are $10 for adults, $5 for children ages 6-12, and free for children 5 and under. Seniors (62 and over) are $5 on Friday only. Advance tickets can be purchased online for a $3 discount off full-price $10 admission at www.FloridaHomeShows.com. You can find out more information at centralflhomeandgardenshow.com. And since we didn’t attend last year’s Home and Garden show, we can’t share any pictures from it, but we did visit this year’s Epcot Flower and Garden festival, so here are a few photos from that to get you in the mood for this weekend’s convention: For more from the exciting conventions in Orlando, be sure to bookmark our special Convention Coverage category of the Lanyard Lab blog at http://www.lanyardlab.com/blog/conventions/ You can leave a response, or trackback from your own site. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
